Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my parts? Delivery times vary depending on the item's location. Parts stocked in our Irish hub typically arrive within 3–5 business days. For items dispatched from our international fulfillment centers, please allow 10–18 business days for delivery.

Do I have to pay customs or import duties? For our Republic of Ireland customers, we aim to ensure the price you see at checkout is the final price. If an item is being sent from our international partner, we handle the logistics to keep the process as seamless as possible for you.

Can I track my order? Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your aero parts from our warehouse to your driveway.


Fitment & Compatibility

How do I know if a part fits my BMW? BMW chassis codes can be confusing (F30, G20, E92, etc.). We include the specific series and year range in every product description. If you are unsure, please email us your VIN or a photo of your car, and our team will verify fitment for you.

Are the parts pre-painted? Most of our aero kits come in a Gloss Black or Carbon Fiber Look finish, designed to be "plug-and-play." If a part is "Primed," it will require painting at your local body shop before installation.

Do you offer installation services? Currently, EireAero is a parts supplier only. While many of our lips and spoilers are DIY-friendly, we always recommend professional installation at a reputable body shop to ensure a perfect, secure fit.


Orders & Returns

Can I change or cancel my order? We process orders quickly to get them to you as fast as possible. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placement. Once an item has entered the shipping phase, it cannot be cancelled.

What should I do if my package arrives damaged? While we pack everything securely, accidents can happen during transit. If your part arrives damaged, take photos of the box and the product immediately and contact eireaero@gmail.com. We will prioritize a replacement for you.


Payment & Security

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), as well as secure express checkout options like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
