Returns & Refunds Policy

At EireAero, we want your BMW to look exactly how you envisioned. If your order isn't quite right, we are here to help. Please review our policy below regarding returns, damages, and international logistics.


1. 14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In its original packaging (undamaged).

  • Free from any signs of installation or "test-fitting" (scratches or tape residue).

2. The Return Process

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Restocking Fee: Please note that returns for "change of mind" or "ordered by mistake" may be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover processing and handling.

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


3. International Logistics & Sourcing

To offer the most competitive pricing and a massive catalog of BMW parts, we work with a global network of specialized manufacturing partners.

  • Direct Shipping: Some items are dispatched directly from our international fulfillment centers to your door.

  • Return Location: Because our logistics chain involves international hubs, returns must be sent back to the original manufacturing source rather than our Irish administrative office.

  • Note: Return shipping to international fulfillment centers can be expensive. We strongly recommend double-checking your BMW Chassis Code (e.g., F30, G20, E92) before finalizing your purchase to avoid fitment issues.


4. Damages and Fitment Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception.

  • Defective or Damaged: If the item is defective or damaged during transit, contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and the product. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

  • Fitment Issues: If a part does not fit despite you ordering the correct model, please provide photos of the attempted fitment. We will work with our suppliers to rectify the situation or provide a solution.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-painted parts or special-order items.

  • Items that have been modified, drilled, or painted by the customer.

  • Sale items or gift cards.


6. Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days after receiving and reviewing your item.
