IMPORTANT LIABILITY NOTICE FOR CAR PARTS:

  • Fitment: While we endeavour to provide accurate compatibility lists, it is the buyer’s responsibility to verify that the body kit or part matches their specific vehicle make, model, year, and trim before purchasing.

  • Modification: Body kits are aftermarket parts. Some parts may require minor modifications (e.g., sanding, prep work, trimming) for perfect fitment.

  • Professional Installation: Eire Aero strongly recommends that all body kits and aerodynamic parts be installed by a certified professional automotive body shop. We accept no liability for damage to the product, your vehicle, or any personal injury caused during self-installation or improper installation.

Section 4 – Dropshipping, Shipping, and Customs

Eire Aero operates on a dropshipping model. This means products are shipped directly from our third-party manufacturing and supply partners (often located internationally) to you.

  • Delivery Times: Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates only. Because items are shipped from third-party suppliers, delays due to customs clearance, carrier bottlenecks, or production queues are outside our direct control.

  • Import Duties & Taxes: For international shipments, the buyer is considered the importer of record. You may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees once the shipment reaches your country. Eire Aero is not responsible for these charges; they are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Split Shipments: If you order multiple items, they may ship from different suppliers and arrive in separate packages at different times.

Section 5 – Product Pricing and Stock Availability

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Because we utilize a dropshipping model, inventory levels rely on third-party supplier updates. In rare cases, an item may display as "In Stock" but be sold out at the supplier level. If this occurs, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full, immediate refund.

Section 6 – Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
